The library of the Council is a specialized one with a compact collection of about 1500 books related to education and higher education. It also maintains annual reports, project reports and other reports submitted by the different committees constituted by the Council. The library also has a collection of newspaper clippings related to matters on Kerala State Higher Education Council and other news related to higher education. The clientele of the library are mainly the Vice Chairman, Member Secretary, the Executive Members of the Council, Research Officers of the Council, Members of the different Committees of the Council as and when constituted, research scholars in and outside Kerala.
